I had an experience this weekend on a trailer that was supposed to be made for me from Conley cargo trailer which was not made correctly I called down there today and talk to JC A salesperson there and he told me he would call and get back with me either by phone call or email that never happened again nobody down there can keep their word when they tell you something that just shows you what kind of people they are they give you *** poor service Conley cargo trailers Fitzgerald Georgia

Make sure you ask for all receipts because my generator caught on fire and now i Dont have a proof of purchase so now i have to buy another one. The generator only had 3 hours of usage.

Only they took an extra 3 1/2 mouths to complete my trailer. This company is unprofessional


I am becoming quite concerned with the customer service I am have been receiving as well. They do not keep in touch with you through the process at all.

It is also like pulling teeth to get to the right person. I ordered my Trailer on May 14th which should be due out the Week of July 2nd for 8 weeks. After calling 4 times this week since Monday, Carl/Karl finally transferred me to Cherilyn, which he should have just done all along since he never gave her my messages that I had been calling. I questioned her about an update and about photos of the trailer which she could not give me because they do not have it yet since others are ahead of me.

It is due out in 23 days.? She did get very rude with me, and unprofessional after telling me she was out Tuesday due to family illness (how would I know that), and that I do not seem to care about her family situation. I understand we all have issues and emergencies that come up, and my own family member is suffering from bone and brain cancer at the moment. I do hate that her family is not doing well, but I should not be made to feel bad for questioning a purchase I am making with their company.

However, this is a business matter, and someone should be her back-up and be able to answer questions in her absence as situations with family members can arise at any time. But, she is the only knowledgeable person in the office when it comes to knowing where your trailer is.

The sales guys can only tell you about the trailer, give a generic sketch in print, and tell you where to send your money. I will provide further updates as they come, and certainly when I receive my finished product.
